Digital Services Network is Hiring a Technical Support Near Tulsa, OK

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Install and configure software applications and hardware components.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks such as virus scans and disk defragmentation.
  • Test and troubleshoot network connections.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
