The company is looking for a creative and motivated Packaging Consultant to sell in a consultative way. Someone who is driven, talented, humble, hungry, and smart.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate, think well, and plug in pretty quickly.
Responsibilities
The company works with a wide variety of industries, such as personal care, nutritional supplements, food and beverage, industrial, pet, and so much more.
The Packaging Consultant will work with up to 200 customers at a time. Customers are located in all 50 states and internationally.
Take inbound leads. The Packaging Consultant will work with leads to ask them great questions, learn about their business, and then craft solutions that not only make the initial sale but also lead to a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.
The Packaging Consultant needs a rare mixture of creative and big-picture thinking while also possessing the ability to get into the details on a regular basis.
This is a fast-paced job with lots of plates spinning at once.
Does a wide variety of tasks that touch manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, warehouse and logistics, decoration and design, and more.
They are interacting in these areas with the internal divisions as well as external partners.
Work with vendors to find the right products and solutions, negotiate pricing, navigate lead times, and any other areas where they can insert their value.
Source, quote, follow-up on quotes, place orders, follow orders through to completion, and more.
While the Packaging Consultant does not have to be an expert in any of the above areas, they do need the ability to collaborate well with the world, ask good questions, and create and nurture partnerships.
The company believes they are experts in their field not because they know everything but because they know how to find out.
Requirements
3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a diverse environment
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
High attention to detail
Excellent communicator - communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
