Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support or information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
