Dickinson Public Schools is now hiring for an Administrative Assistant - Curriculum, Professional Development and Federal Title Grants. LOCATION: Central Administration Office TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a 12 month full-time position- normally working 8 hours/day 260 days/year. RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Instruction. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong computer skills (Microsoft), excellent communication; independent worker; detail-orientated; self-starter; extremely organized; ability to lift boxes of 30lbs. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the monitoring of grant funds and professional development funds
Complete reports for federal grants
Contact/order/distribute curriculum materials
Create or order materials for professional development
Maintain curriculum inventory lists
Assist in the set-up of meetings including making arrangements for location, food, etc.
Make travel arrangements for professional development
Other duties as assigned
SALARY: $17.90 - $20.59/ hour DOE. BENEFITS: This position is eligible for all benefits: health/dental/vision/life insurance, NDPERS retirement, sick/personal/vacation days, paid holidays EVALUATION: A performance review will be conducted annually in accordance with the provisions established by the administration and the Board.
