Position Summary

This role is primarily responsible for the direct sourcing, recruiting and hiring of employees. Employee groups include, but are not limited to, corporate office team, warehouse and restaurant managers and crew.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Complete inboarding meetings to understand the role and hiring needs
• Work with hiring supervisors to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing commitments across all levels
• Actively source candidates through major job boards including, but not limited to, internet, referrals, databases, etc.
• Follow the recruiting and interviewing process for each open position
• Create and maintain job postings to target the most qualified candidates
• Develop and maintain job descriptions with input from hiring supervisors to ensure accuracy
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for sourcing and recruiting diverse talent
• Maintain and update candidates within applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
• Create and implement employment strategies to attract passive job seekers
• Actively network and build a pipeline of potential future hires
• Evaluate the qualifications of candidates, screens, tests, and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, following the hiring and interview processes
• Conduct reference checks of potential candidates before hire
• Complete background checks of potential candidates before hire
