We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide crucial support to our project managers and office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing the front desk
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies
• Certified Payroll
• Planning entertainment activities for company functions
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals
• Document control for construction projects
• Record meeting minutes for meetings as needed
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Schedule: part - time, hours can be flexible between 7am to 5pm.
