About The Role
Reporting to the US Head of People, you’ll be responsible for both; People Partnering client groups, and the end-to-end employee journey for all employees across North America and Canada. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll develop a high-performance employee experience in close partnership with the People, Talent, and DEI teams. You’re highly commercial and use data to make well-informed decisions and develop strategies, and you’ll be just as passionate about fostering a fun DICE culture as you are about the work you do.

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training, and business considerations.
