Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in managing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in warehouse management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and receive all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize the warehouse to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean workspace.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to manage inventory and supplies.
• Prepare equipment for next day jobs and ensure all tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintained.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and trailers, documenting service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with distributors for job site deliveries and replenishment of inventory items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, with a focus on high-value items.
• Monitor and process warranty returns, tracking material expenses and vendor pricing.
• Ensure proper recycling and disposal of equipment.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Organize and coordinate assistance for deliveries, including making deliveries as necessary.
• Track vendor deliveries to job sites to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
