Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on the job site
- Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including estimating, project management, blueprint reading, and quality control
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Primavera or similar tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Understanding of contract documents and ability to negotiate contracts with subcontractors
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

-Must be able to handle the demands of physical demanding tasks.

-Required intro to Procore training. Our Construction software we utilize company wide.
