We are now seeking a Maintenance Tech I. As a Maintenance Tech you would be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.
Responsibilities Include: * Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning correctly. * Respond to guest calls for in-room repairs and maintenance. * Installs, maintain, and operations mechanical/electrical systems.* Responds to outages, take logs on critical equipment and establish operating parameters. * Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership

Qualifications

- High school diploma
- Ability to complete work orders, handle multiple tasks, take direction, prioritize assignments, and complete tasks
- Basic computer skills
