Estimator for Building Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator for Building Industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost of construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. The Estimator will work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely estimates. MUST have experience in the building industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials and equipment
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with sales team and production manager to ensure accurate and timely estimates
• Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals
• Track and analyze project costs and provide regular reports to management 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator for Building Industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
