*Buyer Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team!*

Top producing independent real estate brokerage is looking for an experienced licensed Buyers Agent to join our team.

You must have excellent sales skills, and be willing to travel throughout Central New Jersey to show homes to our buyers. Our main areas of focus include Somerset, Middlesex, Hunterdon, Union, Morris & Mercer Counties. The successful candidate must be experienced with residential real estate, and be able to provide each client with the highest level of service. You are required to have a flexible schedule, excellent follow up skills, and be available on nights and weekends.

As a Buyer's Agent, you will offer a client an outstanding experience as a dedicated, knowledgeable and seasoned real estate professional. You will engage with new buyers, represent them exclusively, be a local expert, and highly competent.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct open houses and obtain buyer leads
* Call buyer leads consistently to develop from prospect to client
* Qualify prospective leads
* Schedule and conduct buyer consultations
* Sign buyer agency agreements and learn about each prospective client’s homebuying needs.
* Help guide buyers with their home search
* Set up daily/weekly/monthly property searches based on each client’s needs
* Work with Admin to ensure home showings are scheduled
* Maintain knowledge about towns and counties located within our areas of focus
* Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
* Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
* Accompany buyers to homes they are interested in viewing
* Council each buyer on writing offers and necessary steps involved with buying a home
* Provide data to help buyer determine offer price and terms
* Work closely with each buyer throughout the entire buying process including being present at inspections, walk-throughs, and closings
* Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
* Update our CRM with real time feedback and progress
* Maintain a consistent work ethic and stay on track to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
