* Follow-up with leads to increase sales
* Consult with clients to help make informed decisions about their real estate transactions
* Participate in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
* Respond to all client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
* Update our CRM with real time feedback and progress
* Maintain a consistent work ethic and stay on track to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
