About the team
Dialpad’s Global Enablement team builds partnerships with revenue-generating leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in order to equip customer-facing reps and partners with the knowledge, skills, processes, tools, and training to improve revenue performance and make the most out of every customer interaction.
The Sr. Manager of Revenue Enablement will be responsible for leading the Revenue Enablement arm of our larger global enablement organization. This position will manage a team of ~6 enablement professionals who align to stakeholders in the revenue org and carry out the mission of our team while also advocating for the audiences they serve. You will own the execution of enablement initiatives and work streams while assisting in driving our revenue enablement strategy. An important component of the job is fostering collaboration and synergy between your directs to ensure that our enablement approach is cohesive, effective, and scales across audiences. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a creative approach to enablement who thrives in a fast paced environment. This role will align closely to the Revenue Org’s SVP level. Your role
This position reports to our Director of Global Enablement and has the opportunity to be based in one of our core hub offices: Austin TX (preferred), Tempe AZ, or San Ramon CA. Remote candidates will also be considered for this role.
A successful candidate will be a jack of all trades when it comes to revenue enablement, which at present includes: SDR Enablement, AE (all segments) Enablement, AM (upsell/cross-sell) Enablement, CSM Enablement, Partner Enablement, along with ongoing & launch-based Product Enablement. You will partner cross-functionally to provide clear direction to your team in order to orchestrate enablement motions, execute on change management, and ultimately reduce selling complexity across the customer lifecycle with the goal of creating a seamless buying experience for our prospects & customers.
You and your team will oversee the design and execution of revenue enablement programs end-to-end, bringing them to fruition by working across other businesses within Dialpad. As an experienced collaborator who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling, and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, assessments, role plays, scenario-based trainings, and other creative approaches to adult learning.
