DGO Construction, LLC. is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Richland, TX

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Be at work at their scheduled time, Monday thru Friday (Full-Time - 40 hours/week)
  • Perform receptionist duties; common office functions - Greet guests, answer phone calls/emails, sort mail, data entry, spreadsheet upkeep, standard office upkeep.
  • Maintain high office organization & superior attention to detail.
  • Prepare accurate bank deposits.
  • Thoroughly oversee A/R report on a daily basis.
  • Accurately assist with collections.
  • Conduct marketing strategies.
  • Accurately conduct and follow-up with scheduling - tasks, work/job schedules, equipment maintenance, vehicle inspections and registrations.
  • Maintain company vehicles and machines maintenance & repair logs up to date.
  • Accurately tracking, logging & updating vehicle inspections, registrations, and insurance dates & related documents on a daily basis.
  • Establish positive customer relationships.
  • Be completely knowledgeable, accountable, and responsible of office schedules, appointments, follow-ups, due dates, expiration dates, etc.
  • Align work orders with invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Implement marketing ideas, ads, posts, etc.
  • Oversee all insurance policies.
  • Track license renewal dates for drivers.
  • Support office staff and Team Leaders.
  • Check & order fuel for field teams.
  • Complete other projects deemed necessary by supervisor.

Skills

  • Fast-Learner
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
  • Knowledge of office equipment and programs
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to take initiative and be resourceful
  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
  • Able to work under the direction of a busy boss
  • Able to work under limited supervision with high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
