Job Description:
We are a luxury roofing company currently looking to add 2 to 4 motivated and detailed individuals to our sales team. We have been able to assist hundreds of customers with new builds and insurance claims related to roofing and construction. DG Roofing & Construction is on target to become one of the area’s fastest growing companies in our field.
No Experience? No Problem. Our company will train you! Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.
* This is a 1099 commission based position. Starting sales positions can easily make 75K their first year.
Qualifications
* Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
* Must have reliable transportation
* Team player, self-discipline, and good time management
* Customer Service Experience is a plus, but not a necessity
* Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
* Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities & Duties of the position
* Meeting Directly with homeowners and performing roof inspections.
* Lead Generation for new prospects
* Documenting project progress in CRM
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
