Job Title : Human Resources Business Partner / Employee Relations

Pay rate : $100K to $120K with Benefits.
JOB SUMMARY
In office at HQ 3 days per week, 2 from home office. In all 5 days at HQ when it is board week (monthly). Position is currently hybrid, with requirement to be onsite at least 3 days per week.
Accomplishes departmental results by providing strategic planning and direction for human resources strategies in support of the Company's business objectives and competitive position in the marketplace.
