GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:The Line Lead is responsible for assisting with execution of production plans while ensuring the safety of all employees and collaborate on the development of standard work procedures to ensure quality product prior to validation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: 2 years in a manufacturing role. 1 years’ experience in development and implementation of standard work procedures.Licenses/Certifications: Maintain railroad safety training and certifications. Green Belt and lead on Kaizen event or continuous improvement project
