Responsibilities
Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A
Introduce DB&A’s business model and recruiting services with ability to articulate the value of professional services to C-level executives
Research and locate potential candidates for current and future positions, maintain and increase pipeline of candidates using databases, internet research, documentation, and follow-up communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
Source, phone screen and coordinate all hiring manager interviews.
Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly competitive market.
Contact candidates to conduct phone interviews and sell opportunities, system department, future, career, and other benefits of working with DB&A.
Arrange interviews and process background checks for candidates in various stages of the recruitment process. Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Client Services Executive Team
Independently research and update established prospect database
Meet and exceed daily sales goals and objectives
Maintain and report daily accountability standards
