Dewolff, Boberg & Associates is Hiring a Business Development Associate, Client Services Near Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A
  • Introduce DB&A’s business model and recruiting services with ability to articulate the value of professional services to C-level executives
  • Research and locate potential candidates for current and future positions, maintain and increase pipeline of candidates using databases, internet research, documentation, and follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
  • Source, phone screen and coordinate all hiring manager interviews.
  • Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly competitive market.
  • Contact candidates to conduct phone interviews and sell opportunities, system department, future, career, and other benefits of working with DB&A.
  • Arrange interviews and process background checks for candidates in various stages of the recruitment process. Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Client Services Executive Team
  • Independently research and update established prospect database
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain and report daily accountability standards
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
