DeWitt is a family owned home improvement company that has been serving the metro Detroit area since 1969. We have now expanded to the area of West Palm Beach, FL. We specialize in Roofing, Windows, Gutters, and Walk-In Tubs. Our mission is to provide top notch customer service. Our goal is to make costly and complicated home improvements simple and affordable.
We are currently hiring Home Improvement Salespeople!
Must be able to measure roofs, windows, doors, and other home improvement projects.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts
- Account management experience to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Business development skills to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the value of products or services to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
