Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated kitchen sales representative to join our team. As a kitchen sales rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's kitchen products and services to residential clients. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their kitchen design and remodeling needs
• Present and demonstrate our company's kitchen products and services effectively to prospective customers
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and installation crews, to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements:

• Proven experience in kitchen sales or related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design concepts, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and other kitchen products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $72,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
