What You'll DoThe Dealer Experience Manager is responsible for dealer onboarding including parts, service and sales support to establish a new dealer location. Manage a training tool and new dealer start up process that incorporates all of the applicable functional areas and personnel (field, corporate office and dealer). Work with existing dealers for areas of improvement and drive results. Manage the new dealer and dealer expansion approval process to maximize efficiencies and experience.Work closely with dealer performance tools to identify potential gaps dealers may have in performance related to Sales, Parts, Service, Rental, and special initiatives.Drive awareness of these gaps and collaborate accordingly to create action plans for improvement.Regularly share concerns or gaps Develon may have based on dealer feedback, and provide potential solutions.Work closely with Dealer Recruitment and Account managers to ensure timely new dealer training plan.Make sure the onboarding plan is implemented and executed in an effective and timely manner.Implement regular pre- and post-training surveys to ensure training meets dealer's needs, to include initial contact, 90 day and 6-month follow-up.Create consistency across all training venues to ensure proper training is provided and value is achieved by collaborating with other company functional leaders.Ensure the dealer is placing their initial new equipment, attachment and parts orders as well as support company policies and recruitment commitments.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation and Benefits ProgramHealth, Dental, and VisionGenerous Company 401(k) MatchFree Telehealth BenefitsVoluntary Supplemental ProgramsCareer and Skill Development SupportMake a direct impact on the success of the organizationRequirements:
What You'll Need to be SuccessfulBachelor's Degree, Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent experience.5 or more years of experienceDemonstrate ability to execute strategic plans.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in a highly organized and disciplined manner.Strong leadership, organization, team building and management, communication (verbal, written and presentation), and interpersonal skills.Computer knowledge, ability to utilize online video training tools and communication skills.Self-motivator and planner.Past experience with cold calling.
