Responsibilities

• Be honest. Be yourself. Know that your effort greatly affects the overall project outcome and company growth.

• Have the ability to take directions and execute tasks within the appropriate time schedule.

• Be on time or notify your project manager if you have an issue making it to your scheduled time.

• Ask questions and discuss problems with all colleagues. Don't be afraid to speak up in the office or ask out loud and always try to problem solve first.

• Be a “sponge” – absorb as much knowledge as you can and learn from your mistakes.

• Most importantly, have fun, and if there is something you are not enjoying please talk about it with your project manager. We encourage experimentation in our studio and always appreciate new ways or ideas of doing something. So if you have an idea on how we can improve processes don't be afraid to let us know!
