The Risk Management Association is Hiring a Professional Development Summer Internship Near Philadelphia, PA

If you are interested in gaining skills by working on innovative projects and collaborating with a team advancing the world of finance, you should consider applying to our internship program!
We are seeking someone with the following:
  • Rising Junior, Senior, or graduate-level student
  • Data or business analytics major preferred
  • Knowledge of Saba/Cornerstone, Personify, and Tableau a plus
What you will be doing:
  • Analyze and process qualitative and quantitative learning data, while creating and maintaining models, reports, or dashboards
  • Recommend appropriate KPIs and performance measures to assess the impact of learning activities
  • Analyze, recommend, and apply best practices for learner data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis
  • Other duties as appropriate
The Location: This is a work-from-home position.
Benefits

  • Pay Rate - $17.00/hr

Internship Duration:
  • Availability to work during the summer of 2024
  • The available work week is Monday-Thursday with up to 32 hours per week
