Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the progress of large mechanical construction projects anywhere from 3-15 M. Responsibilities shall include: budget management, project buy out, planning and execution of project schedules, customer relationships, development of assigned assistant project managers and project engineers and adherence to our safety standards.
Must have an excellent understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems as it relates to large commercial projects. This would include; high-rise commercial buildings, medical centers, university work, public-school work, etc. Monitors adherence to the above through site walks and meetings, project progress reports, performance evaluations, preplan meetings, safety meetings and working closely with field crew supervision and shop staff.
