Description:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, including PLCs and HMIs, to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the maintenance team, helping with upgrades and repairs when necessary.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere to safety precautions and lockout-tagout procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working manufacturing and production equipment with a specific focus on electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of routine preventative maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in lockout-tagout procedures and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Understanding of PLCs and HMIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform root cause analysis effectively.
