SDMI is seeking experienced Call Center Patient Care Coordinators to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our patients.

A Day in the Life as a Patient Care Coordinator: You will experience busy days in a call center environment with the expectation of processing (but not limited to) 45 calls per day. You will assist callers with appointment scheduling, obtaining patient information/insurance/financial information, process incoming referrals, verifying benefits/eligibility/authorization for both new and established patients. You will coordinate and respond to patients/referring providers in a timely manner and ensure patient satisfaction. Our best Patient Care Coordinators have the opportunity to transition into other departments within our Call Center. You can expect to be scheduled Mondays-Fridays with shifts starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 6:30pm (8 hour shifts). No weekends!
