DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- COMPLETE ALL PREP ITEMS TO GSG MENU EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS.
- ASSIST THE PRODUCTION LINE AS NEEDED.
- USE PROPER LABELING AND ROTATING PROCEDURES TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND CONSISTENCY.
- KEEP PREP AREA, SPICE RACK, DRY STORAGE AND WALK-IN ORGANIZED AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.
- INFORM MANAGEMENT OF ANY PREP NEEDS. (i.e. NEEDED ITEMS, BROKEN EQUIPMENT ETC)
AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- COMPLETE PREP LIST OR RECEIVE COMPLETED PREP LIST FROM MANAGEMENT
- COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE . REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.
- MONITOR DISHES AND CLEAN AS NEEDED.
PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- CLEAN AND ORGANIZE ENTIRE PREP AREA, ASSIST WITH DISH AS NEEDED.
- COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.
- ALERT MANGEMENT TO ANY PREP NEEDS FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. (i.e., 86’D ITEMS ETC)
