Wright Flood is looking for an HR Assistant to join its HR team! The HR Assistant assists the Sr. VP of TR and the Sr. HR Generalist with daily clerical and HR duties including but not limited to filing, scanning, and photocopying. This individual must exhibit and maintain confidentiality as well as adhere to the highest standard of ethical and professional behavior. The HR Assistant must be able to speak clearly and must demonstrate ability to provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers. They must assist HR by providing prompt handling of all duties given and must have good organizational and time management skills integrated with excellent customer service and people skills. In addition, an HR Assistant must have a keen eye for detail, complimented with good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to use and exercise good judgment in decision making for accurately performing their daily duties.
