As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the upper level executive team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks with precision, possess exceptional communication skills and have strong organizational and time management skills. Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Boise Pay Range: $31.81/hour What's the Job? Responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, some complex in nature, at the upper executive level. Responsible for calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel plans, preparing expense reports Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports as needed. May supervise the activities of the general administrative staff. What's Needed? High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred. Minimum of 9 years of administrative experience or equivalent of combination of experience and college Advanced experience with upper level executives is preferred Ability to work independently and to support multiple projects Advanced level knowledge of MS Office and other software skills as required by the division What's in it for me?
