Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the (DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY/OFFICE OF ASN (RD&A) DIRECTOR ACQUISITION TALENT MANAGEMENT (DATM) of ASN RDA WASHINGTON DC. Duties * You will lead strategic planning to determine goals, objectives, direction, and priorities of assigned organization, program, or project to meet mission critical requirements. * You will plan, execute and evaluate highly complex program work to meet long-term strategic priorities. * You will provide expertise and advice on planning across a broad range of engineering or scientific programs. * You will apply an extensive knowledge of program management concepts, principles, and practices as well as a general knowledge of the methods, practices, and processes in engineering and science. * You will direct the development of tests and advisories on new technologies, methods, approaches and guides for assigned organization, program or project. * You will advise on technical problems and challenges and make substantive recommendations for solutions. * You will negotiate and integrate functions (i.e., planning design, cost, contracting, legal reviews and interpretations, etc.) with customer needs in support of managing efforts into a comprehensive management plan. * You will integrate schedules and establishes program scope and criteria, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement criteria.
