Denver Metro Village is Hiring a Leasing and Compliance Specialist Part-time Near Denver, CO

We have a great opportunity for a Leasing Specialist to join our dedicated team at Denver Metro Village. We are a 210 unit apartment building for Seniors. We are situated next to beautiful Sloan’s Lake. We have 121 Units of Section 8 and are 100% LIHTC. We are looking for an individual who can bring strong leasing expertise and some tax credit compliance knowledge to our outstanding team. Our vision is Excellence in Housing and that includes our commitment to staff. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours weekly) for 2024 and could transition to a fulltime position in 2025. Flexible scheduling is available if desired. The successful candidate will have strong communication and leasing skills, LIHTC compliance knowledge, professionalism and a commitment to Seniors. Yardi Rent Cafe experience is a huge plus; Bilingual is welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Market available units through website and community outreach
  • Process applications and required paperwork
  • Respond to inquiries; schedule and provide tours
  • Manage Waitlist and offer units in compliance with policy
  • Assist with compliance program
  • Maintain impeccable data and records
  • Revise forms and workflow annually as needed or required
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations, standards and business goals
  • Coordinate/Collaborate with other Departments
  • Submit timely reports, including written and electronic
