You'll work with a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings.You Will...Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.Manage daily paid social operations.Manage and/or mentor junior team members.Work directly with client to discuss strategy, planning.Present QBRs to clientAttend planning meetings with client.Provide POVs both proactively and when requestedFoster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client ServicesAct as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.QualificationsYou Have:4 years of experience in paid social mediaPrevious experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior teamBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)Knowledge of other paid channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, etc.Experience in B2B paid social#LI-JK1Additional InformationThe anticipated Salary Range for the position is $68,000 - $110,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job- related qualifications, and geography.
