Job Description

We're looking for a social-first art director who has an online portfolio with examples of art direction on all social channels including IG, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Reporting to the Creative Director, Social, you'll develop creative content solutions and social campaigns across all social platforms.

• You love creating in the social space and engaging with people on the internet.
• You'll connect our brands to culture through social media by creating content in whatever format is deemed most relevant.
• You'll create social campaigns, real-time response creative, and identify opportunities for work to be created for clients
• You'll integrate a brand's look and feel into social creative in a compelling, valuable and authentic way.
• You understand new social media content best practices, know what other brands are creating, and can identify trends in user behavior.
• You'll creatively use technology to solve business problems
• You exhibit a love and skillset for art direction, and the ability to build powerful stories through visuals.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience making social-first content
• Experience consistently creating ground-breaking social campaigns and provided examples of digital-first thinking
• We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in accountability.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
