Salary Range:

• Starting salary: $60,000-$85,000, based on experience

Responsibilities of Dental Assistants:

• Offer chairside assistance to dentists during appointments to ensure seamless operations

• Capture and process dental x-rays and intraoral scans

• Effectively manage treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures

• Ensure sterilization and proper maintenance of dental instruments and equipment

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Handle routine administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the dental practice

Qualifications:

• Prior experience not necessary; comprehensive training will be provided

• Possess a compassionate demeanour with strong interpersonal skills

• Desire to learn and excel in various aspects of general dentistry

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven team environment

• Registration as a Dental Assistant is advantageous

• License/Certification: Not mandatory, but beneficial
