DentalCMO is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist
Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) work from home – 5 hours per week
DentalCMO is a quickly expanding marketing company located in the foothills of Provo that services hundreds of dental practices. We are looking for a truly amazing detail-oriented person to join our accounting team. Our ideal candidate would be someone that would like to work part-time from home helping to schedule and coordinate our accounts receivables with our clients. This is not a collections job, this is a job that reaches out to our clients by phone and email and sets up payment schedules and methods.
Necessary Skills - A very good working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Excel
- Accounting / Bookkeeping experience can use QuickBooks Online
- Great phone skills
- Have a quite place to work from home
- Be able to be on video calls with team and sometimes clients
- CRM experience - HubSpot
- Project Tracking experience - Asana
- Able to be bonded
- Able to pass a background check
