DentalCMO is a quickly expanding marketing company that services hundreds of dental practices. We are looking for a truly amazing detail-oriented person to join our graphic design team. Would you like to work in a team that treats you like family? Seriously…we’re a tight knit bunch with a great office culture, flexibility, and good work-life balance. 

This is a graphic design position that requires working knowledge inside Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop (any other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus).

Necessary Skills - To be great at this job you will need:

  • Extensive UI design experience for both mobile and desktop websites
  • Understanding of responsive design best practices
  • Polished and detailed design eye (our clients are medical practitioners and need to look professional)
  • Logo design experience (with samples to show us)
  • Print design experience (with sample to show us)
  • Ability to curb design pride and do what the client wants even if you think it’s ugly. It’s hard to do but we have to give our paying clients what they want — though this situation isn't terribly common.
  • Ability and willingness to train other designers on our team

Needed to Start

  • As of right now, our whole team is working remotely. This means you will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet workstation at home.
  • You need to have your own computer and software to use until a workstation can be provided (if needed).

Qualifications

  • 7 years of design experience
