Dental Prosthetic Services is Hiring a Customer Care Specialist Near Rapids, IA

Dental Prosthetic Services has an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist. 
This position is primarily packing and shipping! 

Hours may vary between 09:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday - Friday typically 9:00 AM - 6:00PM

As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing cases, reading prescriptions and accurately receiving them, disinfecting new cases, packing and shipping and providing world class service to our customers and performing a variety of other administrative tasks.

You will be given the tools and resources to make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve while adding to the growing success of our Agile work environment that values smart, capable, creative people who are able to work in self-organizing teams.

Personal accountability, courage, curiosity, a willingness to learn and respectful interactions are a MUST. Successful candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

This position will require you to be able to do a variety of tasks and is/ can include sitting, standing, bending and lifting for the entire shift.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year customer service and/or administrative experience required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus.
  • Data entry and computer skills required. 
  • Microsoft office experience is preferred. 
  • Must be able to or willing to learn how to read cursive and prescriptions.
  • Must be able and willing to stand for long periods of time. 
  • Lifting and bending up to 20lbs 50 % of the time.
