**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions in our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules for employees and doctors
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Ensure update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders monthly
- Support budgeting to ensure payroll stays in line at 20% or less
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager must have dental experience
- Knowledge of dental practices, scheduling, billing, and insurance
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) as well as dental software such as Dentrix
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Training development
- Front desk management
- Knowledge in timekeeping and attendance record
