Dental 360 is hiring a motivated Orthodontic assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must multi-task and thrive in a busy work environment.

Dentrix software knowledge is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

• Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members. We strive to build relationships and earn our patients' trust.
• Prepare patients for procedure by having the necessary instruments
• Assist the Doctor with instruments and materials needed for specific - procedures (Banding, tightening brackets, Debond.)
• Instrument sterilization, clean and sterilize workstation
• Compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPPA
• Provide high-quality patient care
• Perform all assigned duties in a professional, accountable, and collaborative manner
• Regularly scheduled attendance is required

Qualifications -

• Minimum of 1 year
• Must be willing to travel between offices
• Experience taking X-rays, Pano, and Ceph
• Must have excellent communication/customer service skills
• Minimum H.S. Diploma
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Crossed Train General Provider and Ortho Assistant
• Coronal Polish Certified a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
