We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities: • Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs• Support the health of Community Care program members• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts • Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements: • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred • Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule: • Work Schedule Monday - Friday, Hours of Operation: 10:45 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. (20 Hours Per Week)• Every other weekend • Every other holiday About Community Care:Community Care is a nonprofit organization with over 40 years of experience helping adults with long-term care needs live as independently as possible.
