Dent Wizard International is Hiring a Director of Marketing Near Bridgeton, MO

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
· Develop and execute a strategic plan and corresponding roadmap for building/expanding the Marketing Department in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
· Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine the company's overall B2B marketing strategy, in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, technologies, market gaps, and competitive threats.
· Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and customer engagement.
· Partner with enterprise peers to research, evaluate, and select marketing vendors based on expertise, capabilities, and alignment with project requirements.
Demand Generation
· Build a modern technology enabled B2B demand generation engine to fuel Dent Wizard growth
· Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
· Partner with key stakeholders to proactively define campaign objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
· Work closely with internal and external partners to coordinate campaign logistics, creative assets, and promotional activities.
· Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture leads through various digital channels, including new product launches.
· Develop sales collateral to support sales process and sales campaigns and improve close rates over time.
· Utilize inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as email campaigns, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising to generate high-quality leads.
· Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead qualification processes and ensure seamless lead handoff.
· Design and implement demand generation campaigns aimed at driving service demand and accelerating sales pipeline growth.
· Manage digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising, to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
· Optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, improve conversion rates, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
· Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes, track campaign performance, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Customer Engagement
· Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, round tables, sponsorship activities, trade shows, and customer appreciation events that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
· Define metrics for evaluating the success of events and implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to capture data and assess ROI.
· Design, implement, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to capture feedback at various stages of the customer journey. Utilize survey data to identify trends, measure satisfaction levels, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Brand Management
· Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling brand messaging, visual assets, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
· Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to strengthen brand equity and perception, including social media performance.
· Partner with HR to develop a comprehensive internal brand strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and culture, identifying key attributes that differentiate us as an employer of choice.
· Partner with HR to integrate internal brand messaging into recruitment materials, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
· Implement strategies to promote our internal brand through various channels, including intranet, employee events, social media, and internal communications.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
· Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure success.
· Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, pricing, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Position Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Minimum 10 years experience in strategic marketing roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a competitive environment.
· Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
· Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Physical Job Requirements
· Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
· Sitting for long periods of time.
· Travel as necessary, <30%.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000. The total compensation package may also include commission or bonus.
