```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Medical Assitant Patient Care assist with Triage, vital signs, and assist providers to prepare minor procedures
- Bilingual english/spanish, Basic computer literacy
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
