As an Account Manager in our Interior Plant division, you will have the opportunity to showcase your people skills through work focused on customer relations and sales. You will be responsible for providing solutions and enhancement updates to clients' interior plantscapes and holiday décor, allowing you to demonstrate your estimating skills and horticulture abilities. Your days will begin in the main office to check with teammates on the day’s operations, with the remainder of your time spent in and out of the office to meet with clients, bid new work, and manage projects. Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide solutions and enhancement updates to clients' interior plantscapes and holiday décor.
• Estimate project costs and prepare bids for new work.
• Coordinate with technicians and enhancement crews to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Stay updated on horticultural best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of plants and horticultural care.
• Strong organizational skills and timely follow-through with clients.
• Outstanding communication skills for coaching technicians and staying connected to clients.
• Excellent listening skills to understand clients’ thoughts, problems, and concerns.
• Project management experience.
• 3 years of field experience with maintaining interior plants as a technician or above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use landscape management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.

Compensation

Base compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission. Total compensation averages $70,000 to $90,000 per year with commission.
