Position Summary: As a Bilingual HR Coordinator at Dempsey Uniform, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will play a vital role in supporting our diverse workforce and contributing to the success of our HR department across our 6 locations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with employees and management.
  • Travel to all company locations to act as the HR liaison, fostering a positive culture and handling employee relations issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, new hire processes, benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support in file maintenance, HR data management, reporting, communications, meeting minutes, and calendar management.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and off-boarding, employee benefit selections, learning management system compliance, and other supportive tasks.
  • Train and assist employees in using timekeeping, HR, and communication tools.
  • Support the talent team with onboarding tasks like verifying I-9 documentation, processing background checks, reference checks, IT forms, payroll forms, and HRIS data entry.
  • Assist with HR programs and projects related to recognition, engagement, training, and performance.
  • Help with benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
  • Provide support for payroll and other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field preferred
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish with fluency
