Our Service Department is growing, and we are adding a second experienced Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. If you possess the following experience and abilities, then we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Working hand in hand with current Service Coordinator / Dispatcher and team
• Assist Handling Multi-Line Phone System, Answering Calls and Texting Technicians
• Assisting With Giving Purchase Orders when necessary
• Service Call Set Up
• Preparing Daily / Weekly Work Schedules
• Maintaining On-Call Schedule
• Checking in Parts with Shop Manager
• Maintaining All Secondary Customer Websites
• Calling Customers for follow up and feedback

Requirements:

• Microsoft Suite
• Google Docs
• Well Organized / Detail Oriented
• Dispatching Experience
• Must Work Well with Others, Dispatching is a Socially Interactive Position
• Pleasant Telephone Voice
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Perform in Fast Paced Environment
• Comfortable with Construction / Mechanical Atmosphere

Other Details:

• Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch time TBD
• Salary Determined on Experience $42k - $55K, position is Hourly
