Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible processing purchase orders in SAP in a timely manner, managing multiple tasks including order tracking and inbound shipment communication notices to warehouses, and communicating with account management to ensure they are kept informed of any issues. Assist with RMAs, tracking and managing orders. Using company tools to track deliverables and ensuring paperwork has been completed in line with process.

The Customer Service Specialist will perform an array of sales/operational tasks (process orders, create credit memos, ship samples and production parts, new business set-up). A “teamwork” mindset will be essential in working with internal & external partners to complete complex logistics/financial tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing inside sales support, and working with partners in resolving inquiries. Excellent organizational skills will be necessary in order to properly follow up on miscellaneous tasks on a daily basis until driving to closure. Utilizing SAP and internal system/Portal to generate appropriate documents as directed. Take ownership of customers’ request, inquiries; follow through with a passion for providing complete customer satisfaction. Miscellaneous office duties including office supply orders and maintenance requests.

Requirements for Customer Service Specialist: Education/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

Microsoft office tools

Data Analysis experience

Familiarity with EDI, SAP

College degree or equivalent experience in Inside Sales/office management required.

Previous sales support experience is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
