TEKsystems is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Rep. - Online/Call Support

A LARGE PROVIDER IN THE HEALTH SUPPLEMENT FIELD IS LOOKING TO BRING ON AN ENGAGING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO SUPPORT THEIR TEAM.

This is an onsite role in Monroe, WA
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4:30
Start Date: May 27th
2-Step Interview Process
Description
The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders received by fax, email, online or telephone in an accurate and timely manner with attention to customer service. Provides information on available promotions, new product upsells and product and/or service information as requested. Performs duties while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of responsibility.

Must be Customer Service oriented with a strong Customer Service skill set.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate, including MS Office
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must work well individually and in a team environment
