We are looking for aCustomer Support Specialist to respond to inbound customerinquiries while building and maintaining regular reporting of theseinquiries handling escalations building process documentation andrecommending customer experience changes within the business.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolvingcustomer issues recommending solutions and developing new internalprocess to solve longterm pain points.
To be successful in thisrole you should be an excellent communicator whos able to mutitaskand escalate larger issues while providing long term solutions.
Job Duties :
Responds to customer webinquiries regarding online merchandise orders in a timely andthoughtful manner to analyze and report on theseissues.
Identifies and resolves customer questionsconcerns issues and ensure issues causing low satisfaction scoresare addressed for longterm resolutions.
Handles complaintsprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assists inprocessing online orders returns replacements and adjustments toorders while providing findings of customer habits to CS team andmanager.
Take ownership or problem from start to finishensure onetime issues have long term solutions and these processesare documented.
Can work with a team to escalate issuesmeet deadlines and build reporting.
Follow and buildcommunication procedures guidelines and policies
Ispunctual and reliable ready to seize everyday!

Requirements :
3 yearsexperience with Customer Support
Collaborative andcustomerservice work style
Excellent and reliable CSmetrics proving ability to be a subject matterexpert
Detail and resultsoriented
Strong computerskills including experience using webbasedservices
Patience empathy and consistent ability to listento customers
Ability to understand our customer and relate totheir life experiences
Actively practice time managementskills
Must have a flexible schedule and ability to workon weekends and variousholidays.
