Delta Community is one of the largest and fastest growing credit unions in Georgia. Our rapid growth has created additional career opportunities within the organization.
We are looking for energetic, flexible, and service oriented individuals for the following position.
The Member Service Hybrid Agent (MSAH) will possess detailed product and credit report knowledge. S / he will provide a high level of service to our members, demonstrated through high quality sales performance measurements and high member satisfaction ratings.
Other responsibilities include processing various types of transactions including handling deposits, withdrawals and cashing various checks.
In addition, they may process mortgage payments, loan payments as well as issue gift, cashiers, and traveler’s checks.
The position requires sound knowledge and understanding of deposit and new membership account practices as well as general knowledge of consumer loan process.
S / he must possess good organizational skills, be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, be a proactive problem solver, and be creative.
S / he serves as a role model in fostering teamwork. Extended hours during the week and Saturdays are required.
Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
